Discontinued tractor models, one-off fleet modifications, vintage restorations — if it doesn't exist on a shelf, our engineers can reverse-engineer, model, and fabricate it. Submit your design below and we'll follow up with a firm quote.
Not every part has a catalog number. A 1970s Case tractor axle, a modified PTO coupler for a fabricated implement, or a bolt pattern that hasn't been manufactured in decades — these are the jobs our custom fabrication team handles daily. We work directly from whatever you can provide: a worn original part, a hand sketch with rough dimensions, a phone photo with a tape measure in frame, or a full CAD file if your shop already has one. There's no minimum order size, and no design is too small or too unusual to quote.
Material capability covers mild and stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, and engineered polymers, machined on CNC equipment with pressure and stress testing before anything ships. We regularly fabricate for long-haul freight fleets, agricultural operations running legacy John Deere and Case IH equipment, and private owners restoring vintage trucks and tractors where OEM replacement parts are no longer produced. Every prototype gets a fitment check before we commit to a full production run, so you're never paying for a part that doesn't seat correctly the first time.
Share a CAD file, sketch, reference photos, or the worn original part — whatever you have on hand.
Our team reviews specs, dimensions, and material within 1-2 business days and follows up with questions.
For complex parts, a single prototype ships first for fitment verification before a full production run.
CNC machining, precision casting, or fabricated steel assembly — every part is pressure and stress tested before it ships.
